She leads impactful ventures, mentors emerging leaders, and advises global platforms on entrepreneurship and gender equality. Nino also serves as an advisor and board member of several influential organizations, driving strategy across sectors including business, agriculture, tourism, and education.

Levan Gudiashvili is the Group Chief Financial Officer and a board member at Adjara Holding, where he has played a key role since 2018. With over 14 years of experience in finance, audit, and executive management, he has overseen large-scale restructuring, led the consolidation of business units, and secured over $80 million in financing from both local and international institutions, including major development finance partners like the U.S. DFC. Prior to joining Adjara Holding, Levan spent seven years at KPMG Georgia, leading complex audit and advisory projects across various sectors such as telecommunications, insurance, and iGaming. He holds an ACCA qualification, is a CFA Level 2 candidate, and was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30.

Keti Beradze
Keti has been with Adjara Group since 2019 and currently serves as Group General Counsel and a board member. Before joining the company, Keti advised on complex financial transactions, including public offerings, bond issuances, and securing funding from international institutions. At Adjara Group, she has led significant real estate acquisitions and strategic agreements, including finalizing the Finance Agreement for Rooms Abastumani and other large-scale projects. Keti holds an LLM in Commercial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a law degree with distinction from Tbilisi State University. She is also a member of the Georgian Bar Association.
