Adjara Holding is known for creating and growing some of Georgia’s most distinctive, award-winning brands. For over a decade, the holding has developed all of its brands in-house, shaping each one from concept to full operational execution. Today, the portfolio includes more than ten unique brands across hospitality, food and beverage, sports, agriculture, and more. Each project is the result of a collaborative process, combining design, architecture, construction, brand identity, and customer experience, and ensuring each brand reflects its context and surroundings through constant refinement.

Nestled within a coniferous forest renowned for its healing properties, Rooms Abastumani will breathe new life into the historic Arazindo Sanatorium, nearly 100 years after it first opened in 1924. The hotel will feature 76 guest rooms, versatile conference and meeting spaces, and a restaurant and bar offering Adjara Group’s signature culinary experience. With a strong focus on wellness, it will provide facilities and programs designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Sports Palace

The transformation of the Tbilisi Sports Palace and its surrounding grounds will create a new community-focused recreational space in the heart of the city. Existing parking areas will be replaced by green zones and a public park, while open-air sports facilities will be introduced and made accessible to the public by the end of 2025. The main building will undergo a full renovation with modern technologies integrated, preserving its legacy as a hub for sporting events while expanding into a multifunctional venue for concerts, festivals, exhibitions, and conferences.
Kutaisi Silk Factory

Kutaisi Silk Factory (03)

Originally built in the 1930s and now recognized as a cultural heritage monument, the Kutaisi Silk Factory was acquired by Adjara Group in 2021. The revitalization plan includes transforming the historic building into a 37-room hotel, along with dining facilities and inviting communal spaces, breathing new life into this iconic site.
Ninoshvili Project

The former Ninoshvili Bazaar and its surroundings are evolving into a multifunctional recreational hub. Currently home to 9 padel courts operated by Gym Breeze, the site will soon include modern dining options, multi-functional office spaces, a landscaped park, and additional leisure areas.
Pandora Village

Pandora Village is part of the Udabno territory, home to the largest regenerative agricultural initiative in Europe. Udabno encompasses a diverse ecosystem, including sustainable farming practices, community-driven projects, and unique hospitality experiences. As an integral part of the ecosystem, Pandora Village will be closely linked with Udabno and the Udabno Caravan hospitality hub. Visitors to Pandora Village can engage in a variety of artisanal activities, such as working in a clay laboratory, participating in cheese production, and exploring other traditional crafts.

The property aims to create an incubator of new artistic talent located in Rustavi and the surrounding areas. The project involves converting the industrial building into a creative hub that will strive to develop professional training programs, encourage networking opportunities on both local and international levels, and promote innovative projects in music production, consumption, and distribution.
